Shipping

Outbound shipping is included for free in all orders. We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia, India, and select countries in the EU. Shipping availability and options are shown automatically at checkout.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may change as production progresses. By placing an order, you agree to receive all progress and shipping updates by email.

Returns

If you need to return your ring, returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery.

  • Normal wear from reasonable use is okay
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs isn’t eligible
  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method

Sizing kits are non-returnable once shipped.

Warranty

ARKH Ring includes a limited 1-year hardware warranty starting from the date your ring is delivered.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover normal wear, cosmetic changes, accidental damage, misuse, water damage beyond stated specifications, or unauthorized repairs.

What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer full sizes 7–14 (no half sizes at launch).

How does the sizing kit work?

Every order includes a sizing kit. You’ll get eight test rings to wear for comfort. Once you’ve found your best fit, you choose your final size in the sizing portal and we produce your final ring to match.

When will my Ring ship?

Ring shipping depends on your order type and production schedule. For standard preorders, the first rings from this batch are expected to ship February 2026.

What's included in the box?

Your order includes the ring, charging base, USB-C cable, and a sizing kit. For early access orders, the sizing kit and size 11 ring ship together. For all other orders, the sizing kit ships first separately.

What's your return policy?

Returns for the ring are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Normal wear is okay; damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs isn’t eligible.

How sizing works

After you order, your sizing kit ships first. It includes test rings that match the sizes we produce. Once you’ve found your best fit, you’ll select your size in the sizing portal and your ring will be made to match.

Start with the index finger

ARKH Ring is designed to work best on your index finger, on either hand. This placement gives you the most natural reach for touch and motion gestures while keeping the ring stable throughout the day.

Wear it like the real Ring

Put the test ring on and go about your day. Grip objects, type, gesture, and move naturally. The right size should feel secure without being distracting.

Test over time

Finger size can change due to temperature, activity, and time of day. We recommend wearing your test ring for at least a couple of days to make sure it stays comfortable in different conditions.

Once you’re confident, select your size in the online portal. Your ring will be produced and shipped according to your order type and timeline.
