1. Overview

The ARKH Ring – Founders Edition is an early-access version of the ARKH smart ring offered to a limited group of founding customers.

This purchase includes:

  • One (1) ARKH sizing kit (provided at no additional cost), and
  • One (1) ARKH Ring – Founders Edition smart ring in size 11

Founders Edition customers receive early access to the ARKH Ring and the opportunity to exchange their ring for a final-production ring in their preferred size once subsequent production batches become available.

2. What You Are Purchasing Now

By placing an order for the ARKH Ring – Founders Edition, you are purchasing a physical beta-version consumer hardware product intended for early use and feedback.

The Founders Edition ring:

  • Is fully functional hardware
  • May differ from later production versions in materials, finish, performance, battery life, firmware, or software behavior
  • Is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition

3. Sizing Kit (Included)

A sizing kit is included with your purchase to help determine your preferred ring size for the final-production ring.

The sizing kit:

  • Is provided free of charge
  • Is intended solely for sizing purposes
  • Does not contain electronics or smart features

4. Founders Edition Size Exchange (Included)

Once later production batches of the ARKH Ring become available, Founders Edition beta customers may exchange their size-11 Founders Edition ring for a final-production ARKH Ring in their preferred size at no additional cost.

Exchange conditions:

  • One (1) size exchange per customer
  • Exchange eligibility will be communicated by email
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the exchange invitation
  • The Founders Edition ring must be returned before the replacement ring ships
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping of the Founders Edition ring
  • ARKH will cover outbound shipping of the replacement ring
  • If the Founders Edition ring is not returned, the exchange may be canceled.

5. Timing & Availability

Founders Edition ring delivery: estimated 15–20 weeks from purchase

This timeline is an estimate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, certification, or logistics constraints. Updates will be provided by email.

6. Beta Product Acknowledgment

By purchasing the ARKH Ring – Founders Edition, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • This is a beta / early-access product
  • Bugs, interruptions, or incomplete features may occur
  • Features and performance may change through firmware or software updates
  • Performance, battery life, materials, and features may differ from later versions
  • Some features may not be available until a later release

7. App Availability & Software

The ARKH mobile application and related software features are forthcoming and expected to be released with the delivery of the Founders Edition ring.

Software functionality may evolve over time and is subject to updates, changes, or limitations. Use of the ARKH app will be governed by separate terms presented at the time of release.

8. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their Founders Edition order before the Founders Edition ring ships for a full refund, subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy below.

Returns & Refunds Policy (ARKH Ring – Founders Edition)

Founders Edition Ring

  • Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery
  • Normal wear from reasonable use is acceptable
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not eligible for return
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Final-Production Ring (Exchange)

Once exchanged, the final-production ring will be subject to the standard return policy in effect at the time of its delivery.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights under applicable laws, including those in the United Kingdom, European Union, or Ireland.

Limited Founders Edition Warranty

Warranty Start

The limited Founders Edition warranty begins on the date the Founders Edition ring is delivered.

Coverage

The Founders Edition ring is warranted for 12 months against defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use during the Founders Edition period.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and cosmetic changes
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care
  • Water damage beyond stated specifications
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Beta Disclaimer

Due to the beta nature of the Founders Edition ring, certain defects, limitations, or performance issues may not be correctable until the final-production version.

Final-Production Warranty

A separate limited warranty will apply to the next batch of ARKH Ring and will be provided at the time of exchange.

Privacy & Data Use (Founders Edition)

Data Collected

We collect personal information such as:

  • Name, email address, shipping address
  • Payment and order information

We do not collect health-related data.

When the ARKH app is released, limited device and usage data may be collected to operate and improve the product. Details will be provided in the app's privacy notice at that time.

California Privacy Rights

California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information is collected
  • Request deletion or correction
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information

ARKH does not sell personal information.

International Users

Users in the UK, EU, and other jurisdictions have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access or erase personal data.
